I had a fantastic week at Myrkdalen Resort Hotel, enjoying the really good skiing right at my doorstep. The dining experience was a highlight, featuring elaborate three-course dinners every night. However, the limited food menu options at dinner were a minor downside to an overall splendid stay.
The Myrkdalen Hotel is nestled in a ski resort, making it perfect for skiing enthusiasts with direct access to the slopes. The rooms are spacious and modern with beautiful views, but some may find the heating less than optimal. The dining options are exceptional, especially the breakfast buffet, though nightlife noise could be bothersome for light sleepers. Overall, it offers great value for families and beginner skiers.
We had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the pristine skiing conditions and top-notch culinary experiences. The facilities felt modern and clean, and the staff added a personal touch that elevated our holiday. However, we did encounter a few setbacks with room heating and amenities. Overall, it provided good value for the memorable experiences we had.
I had a great stay at Myrkdalen Resort Hotel, enjoying the amazing views and comfortable accommodations. The culinary experiences were definitely a highlight, especially the fondue nights and afternoon tea. However, the room was a bit chilly at times, and the breakfast could’ve been better. Overall, it was a lovely place that I’d recommend, but with a couple of minor issues.
I had an incredible time at Myrkdalen Hotel! The skiing experience was truly amazing, and I loved the cozy and modern atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the dining options were a highlight, especially the fondue night. However, the price of alcohol was quite high, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it offers excellent value for families wanting a ski getaway.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Myrkdalen Resort Hotel. The food was definitely a highlight, especially the fondue and afternoon tea experiences, which were both nice and served in cozy, private settings. On the flip side, the room was a bit chilly initially, and I think the amenities could have been more comprehensive, like having tea/coffee facilities in the room. All in all, the combination of stunning views and excellent culinary options made for a good getaway.
We had a delightful stay at the hotel during our last-minute ski holiday in Myrkdalen. The skiing experience was exceptional, with pristine pistes and almost no queues. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-kept, and the dining was a highlight with a vast breakfast buffet and high-quality evening meals. However, we encountered a few minor issues with internet connectivity and some maintenance concerns in our apartment, which slightly affected our overall experience.
This hotel is perfect for ski lovers, offering direct ski-in and ski-out access to the largest resort in Western Norway. The rooms are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the high-quality dining options, although the breakfast could use some improvement. The facilities include a usable washing machine and dryer, making it convenient for longer stays. However, I found service to be somewhat inconsistent at times.
